The Dane County Landfill & Clean Sweep, will be completely closed in observance of Independence Day on Saturday, July 4th.
Normal hours will resume on Monday, July 6th, from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM.

There are a number of municipal drop-off centers and businesses in Dane County that accept different types of materials for recycling. Some materials can be recycled for free, while others require a drop-off fee. Please call ahead or check the recycler's website before making a drop off to confirm hours of operation, fees, and materials being accepted.
